Fig and cherry chia pudding

My chia pudding recipe is great for breakfast or as a dessert. It is creamy and luxurious. You can add whatever you wish to it. The one I made on the photo is with figs, homemade raspberry jam, vanilla yogurt, cherries and dark chocolate. Healthy indulgence – that’s what it is:)

Fig and cherry chia pudding

Recipe below will make one portion of creamy pudding.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 fig sliced
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • cherries
  • dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Simply combine chia seeds, milk and vanilla paste and mix well. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

  2. When the seeds have absorbed the milk, top up with jam and fresh fruit. I used homemade raspberry jam and fresh figs. 

  3. Pour some vanilla yogurt, add cherries and sprinkle dark chocolate on top.
