Mango smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe mango pealed and chopped
  • 1 small orange pealed and chopped
  • 1 small lemon pealed and chopped
  • 10 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender and blitz for about 30 s. And Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Use frozen mango if that's what you have.
