Gomashio - sesame salt

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together on the dry frying pan

  2. Gently heat the pan and toast the sesame seeds until golden. You need to stir all the time to prevent burning.

  3. Once ready place seeds in the bowl and bash with a back of the knife handle so the seeds are cracked.

  4. You can use straight away or keep in the airtight container for a few days.
