Tropical raspberry smoothie

I use frozen fruit but use fresh if you wish so. Frozen fruit is so handy to have though as you don't need to add any ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup mango frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 banana frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • juice of one lime

Instructions

  1. Blitz all ingredients in your blender until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Use coconut milk if you prefer creamier consistency. I use coconut water to give it extra boost of electrolytes.
